About the opportunity
The Senior Manager, Therapeutic Services is responsible for coordinating the range of activities outlined below under the management of the Regional Director, Therapeutic Services.
The Senior Manager will oversee a range of therapeutic services working with children, young people, families and communities impacted by trauma, abuse and neglect, including those who are at risk and/or involved in child protection or youth justice services. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and program development measures to ensure that program performance remains of a high quality, reflective of best practice, and responsive to the unique cultural, geographic and service delivery contexts of the Northern Territory.
This position will also be responsible for managing high level partnerships with other NGO’s and Government agencies and will represent the Foundation on key reference groups and other strategically important forums. The Senior Manager will work with the Regional Director, Therapeutic Services in developing, implementing, and reviewing the strategic direction for Therapeutic Services in the NT and in the preparation of submissions to grow the activity in this program area.
